Your Path to Lasting Sobriety

Your trusted partner in addiction recover

ADULT INTERVENTIONS

At A Gift of Recovery, we believe in the gift of recovery – the opportunity for individuals and families to heal, reconnect, and find hope. We offer adult interventions that challenge the myth of waiting for a “bottoming out” moment and provide a positive presentation for a loved one’s insight and action. Our structured interventions help families establish healthy boundaries and embark on their own recovery journeys.

WHAT IS AN INTERVENTION?

An intervention, guided by a professional Interventionist, is a five-step process: Inquiring, Assessment, Preparation, Intervention, and Continuing Care. It creates a safe space for your loved one to accept help and offers a plan of action.

WHAT INTERVENTION DOES FOR THE FAMILY

For families, intervention provides education, releases them from the grip of addiction, and offers hope for a better future. For your loved one, it offers a release from denial, motivation for immediate action, and a redirection toward a life of meaning through treatment.

REFERRALS

Our services have been referred by a variety of sources, including counselors, family therapists, and mental health practitioners. We also provide adolescent transport services, emphasizing non-violent crisis interventions based on effective communication to resolve conflicts.

At A Gift of Recovery, we are committed to being your trusted partner on the path to lasting sobriety. Let us be the bridge to hope and healing for you and your loved ones.

“I have known and had the pleasure of working with Mr.Martinez for the last 12 years. Robert has been in the field for 20+ years and has experience with treatment settings, sober living, interventions, and adolescent transports. I have had the privilege of conducting both interventions and transports with him and seen first hand the amazing work he does. He has the ability to assist both the client and the families in managing the various emotions that come with starting their journey of healing and continues to support them after the intervention is complete. If I ever had a family member or loved one in need Robert would be (and has been) the first person I reach out too.”

Jeanell

“Robert Martinez is an angel on earth. Without Robert my son would not be alive today. Our family will be forever grateful for all he has done for us. I will be more than happy to write him a testimonial. I will do it this weekend if that is okay.”

Rosemary Coffman

“Robert was instrumental in bringing recovery to my family. My son’s participation in the Gift of Recovery Sober home and the associated intensive outpatient program provided amazing services to both my son and my family. As a Board Certified Interventionist, he has the knowledge and skills. As an individual in recovery, he has the passion and understanding necessary. Robert gave us hope for the future.”

I thank God every day that my prayers were answered. He brought Robert into our lives and brought us together as a team. He helped us to save my 16-year-old daughter from drugs and alcohol. She is in school and doing great.

Without Robert, there's no doubt that my brother would still be using (or dead), and my entire family would have split up! He was able to bring us together in a way we’ve never known before.
